This Service Agreement (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms under which Tallinn Learning OÜ provides educational services, and the Student uses these services.

The Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the Parties, the procedure for the provision and payment of services, the rules for processing personal data, as well as other important provisions related to the organization of the learning process and the completion of the course.
